Possibly, I'm still a little dazed but I shall do my best to carry on.

This guy that Vince hasn't been introduced to yet, is stripping down and he's all business about it. How can Vince not wonder what it would be like if this NSA agent were in a different place? Vincent's place.
He's picturing it now. Soft lights, a good meal, just enough good wine to relax some of those tense muscles after a long day at work. Then, just maybe, Vince can convince Mr.Dean that getting out of his shirt can be all pleasure. Let business wait for another day.
It's certainly worth thinking about.
